As usual, we had another wonderful experience at the office. As we travel for care, I cannot speak enough for the scheduling team who always ensures that our family of 4/5 has back to back, close appointments. The team is always on time and started almost immediately after we arrived. The kids have no problem waiting with the hope of tokens & prizes, the video game kiosk, and the overall setup of the two waiting areas. I absolutely love this dentist office and so does my daughter! She is 12 years old and all of the staff have always been so kind to her. My daughter has been going to them for years..it started off when she was experiencing pain in a baby tooth years ago and let me tell you Myers is the only dentist office that would see her right away! They actually care!!!We have stuck with them ever since and I do feel like they truly care about her and care about what's best for her. I truly appreciated the staff at this office. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we walked in. The office itself was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Dr. Meyers was kind and professional during our visit. The reason for my 3-star review is the lack of communication before our appointment. I wasn’t going to leave a review but they texted and asked for one. Dr Myers was fantastic for my daughter’s mouth ties. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. It was quick and efficient while doing the procedure. It is a heartbreaking procedure to watch as my baby was screaming the whole time but that is expected. The team was very kind and accommodating! Dr Myers comes very highly recommended by Pediatricians, Lactation consultants and friends. His pricing is reasonable to many for the procedure we did. He has many years of experience and knowledgable of many things and changes in the pediatric world, which is great! He wasn’t unfamiliar with what holistic practices recommend and he was very trusting of my mommy instincts.
