He is very professional and qualified but very friendly and congenial. He has very good “people skills”.
Everything was perfect from Melissa the receptionist to Dr. Martinez and his dental assistant. Very kind and helpful office. Got me a beautiful new smile, 8 crowns on front top row. Very painless techniques to inject novacain too! I found his prices to be very fair also.
Fort Myers office billing error to my insurance, never called me to clear up their errors for 6 months. I get a collection letter for our balance due (insurance portion). Now I can’t get Melissa the office manager to call me to correct the problem. All office staff make up reasons why office manager is out of office, not sure why the Dentist isn’t getting is staff in line here. Do you want to collect your money or just harass an existing customer? I would stay away from this office for their poor business practices.
Prices are too high, do not work with patients if they don’t have insurance
