The Midtown Dental is so far the best dental office I've ever been here in Las Vegas with excellent service starting from the receptionist/secretary, the dental assistant and the dentist himself, Dr. Shane Ellsworth. Kudos to Mike, the dental assistant, who gave me a nice, welcoming attitude when I came. He also made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of by offering a blanket and even asking for my preference of music during my procedure. Dr. Ellsworth took over the practice of my previous dentist upon his retirement several years ago. I loved my retiring dentist, and am happy to say that I'm equally happy with Dr. Ellsworth. They almost immediately updated their computer system, and have added early/late and Saturday hours. Dr. Ellsworth is very knowledgeable and friendly, and has a good sense of humor. His staff is likewise friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend!
I called Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. Everyone was so polite and kind. Ashley the one that cleaned my teeth was very thorough and explained to me a good way to help me keep my teeth healthy. Mac and Dr Ellsworth were great doing my filling procedure. Thank you so much for taking care of me so quickly.
I went to the dentist for the first time two weeks ago; had a great experience. The staff at the front desk, Reyna and another gal (apologies can’t recall her name) as well as the hygienist and dentist were very thorough and helpful. Because of this experience (and other positive results I have opted to bring my adult special needs son today. He isn’t the best at oral hygiene. Reyna and staff are polite and very helpful- focused on motivating you through your dental care needs. I will definitely refer.
Very grateful for the staff and dentist at Midtown Dental. They were able to complete my CT and give me an estimate for the cost of my dental implants and options for ways to pay. Thank you for your kindness, it was greatly appreciated.
