Excellent office environment. Eric, Aurina, Terra & Antonella are AMAZING. The whole entire staff, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners & Nurses are punctual & professionals & caring. The medical staff explain procedures very thoroughly & with a great follow-up plan.
I live in bay city, got a referral to this doctor, drove all the way to midland for them to tell me they called yesterday and canceled my son’s appointment. We’ve been waiting 3 months for this appointment and now we have to wait 4 more for him to EVEN BE SEEN. I had a horrible experience with another ent before, so I made a new appointment with them. They are just fantastic! Dr. Shenouda diagnosed my ear very quickly and efficiently, every staff was so nice and friendly.
I appreciate their efforts to schedule my appointments. I know it can be a challenge at times as I work two jobs and it can be difficult to find a doctor and schedule that works for both.
Dr Bahu and his staff did a great job. I brought my 87 year blind mom for a hearing test, my wife for ear pain and my throat concern. All were handled great, tests set up quickly and follow up appointments scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Bahu spent considerable time explaining the test results at a level my mom could easily understand. Bottom line…. He is very personable, knowledgeable and takes the time needed to understand what’s going on as well as the time needed to explain what needs to be done.
