Staff are so friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. Let me tell you about Ms. Lettie who has been attended to me for the past 4 years, her aura is amazing. She knows her work, very experienced, loves what she does without a doubt. Definitely makes you feel like family, takes her time with each of her clients to assure she’s giving them her undivided attention until she she’s that spark (smile) in your eyes.
I believe 1st impressions are everything. Nice office/store however there is this one young lady (didn’t catch her name) She is extremely condescending and unprofessional. I came 10 minutes before the store closed to pick up my glasses and she turned me down because she stated there wasn’t anyone to help me and everyone was clocked out. I was services my Dr. G, Donnie and Lettie. The office is big, clean and everyone was so professional. They serviced me with care and answered all of my questions. And I got a great pair of glasses! I will definitely come back to this location.
The ophthalmologist was an absolute sweetheart & super genuine. The front desk staff were accommodating & friendly. & Lettie, did a spectacular job at helping me pick out the right frames. She’s very personable, funny, & insightful.
I came in for my appointment and manager Fran was amazing and attentive to me and every customer she was so kind and professional Lettie assisted with my frame styling and picked the perfect pair. Dr.danda was amazing and efficient as well. Highly recommend!
