Theresa was a breath of fresh air after sitting for twenty minutes while waiting for the front desk receptionist assisting callers. She addressed my inquiry pleasantly and professionally, verified my insurance and called me promptly. When I returned to the.store she helped me find suitable frames and It was a pleasure to have her assist me.
I have been going here for the past 7/8 yrs. I love going to Metro optics on 25 Westchester sq in the Bronx. I go here every year....and am always pleased from my eye exam to getting my glasses. The staff there is always so polite. I choose this location to be my sole place to go for eyewear. Every time I go there a Ms.Lettie takes care of me. So in all... I'm overall satisfied
I have been seeing Lettie for years! She is absolute amazing in helping me pick out new frames each time. She also remembers me everytime I go and really takes the time to know me and what I like! She is the best and I ask for her everytime I make an appointment :)
Staff are so friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. Let me tell you about Ms. Lettie who has been attended to me for the past 4 years, her aura is amazing. She knows her work, very experienced, loves what she does without a doubt. Definitely makes you feel like family, takes her time with each of her clients to assure she’s giving them her undivided attention until she she’s that spark (smile) in your eyes.
I called and was able to be seen. The doctor was so nice. Then I went on to meet Ms.Lettie. She assisted me in chosing my frames and finalizing my paperwork before going. She is a great vibe 🤓 wonderful experience! Will be back. Will definitely recommend!
