It’s always a pleasant experience at Metro Optics for me and my family. It is a very professional, family, friendly atmosphere. Everyone is very courteous and attentive to your needs. I highly recommend seeking out Lettie. She is fantastic at what she does and truly cares for each and every one of her clients. It is always a pleasure working with her. She is definitely a valuable asset at Metro Optics.
Staff are so friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. Let me tell you about Ms. Lettie who has been attended to me for the past 4 years, her aura is amazing. She knows her work, very experienced, loves what she does without a doubt. Definitely makes you feel like family, takes her time with each of her clients to assure she’s giving them her undivided attention until she she’s that spark (smile) in your eyes.
I believe 1st impressions are everything. Nice office/store however there is this one young lady (didn’t catch her name) She is extremely condescending and unprofessional. I came 10 minutes before the store closed to pick up my glasses and she turned me down because she stated there wasn’t anyone to help me and everyone was clocked out. After a while trying to find the right prescription for my new lenses in another location, I decided to try my luck on this site and my experience here couldn't have been better. Ms. Frantisha Santos took care of me from the first moment I arrived at this place and at all times her attention was exceptional. It’s always a wonderful experience going into metro optics on the square. My son and I walked in today to get him a pair of glasses to go back to school. We were helped by Frantisha, she was so sweet and helpful and made it a wonderful experience for my son. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for glasses. Make sure to seek out Frantisha Santos she’s the best.
