Staff are so friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. Let me tell you about Ms. Lettie who has been attended to me for the past 4 years, her aura is amazing. She knows her work, very experienced, loves what she does without a doubt. Definitely makes you feel like family, takes her time with each of her clients to assure she’s giving them her undivided attention until she she’s that spark (smile) in your eyes.
Frantisha Santos was AMAZING! I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses. She gave me her honest opinion and made it possible for me to get everything I wanted. Overall service in the store was really nice. Everyone was helpful. I would definitely come back!
Lettie was absolutely amazing. Made my whole experience enjoyable. She knew just by looking at my face when I was happy looking at glasses and when I wasn't and would not let me settle for something I wasn't comfortable with or didn't like. She also helped me figure out a way to pay for my glasses without coming out of pocket $1,000 on the spot. She is amazing and the reason why my family and I always come back. Thank you Lettie.

The technician was excellent, and the store itself is great. i love going there. As a loyal customer, I like people there However, the front desk experience was rather surprisingly disappointing, particularly with a receptionist named Fran. She was very condescending, unprofessional, and rude, self righteous, didn’t prioritize customer’s needs and didn’t know how to do her job , which aligns with other customers’ reviews.
