Christian was amazing 5 stars very nice and gave their honest opinion on how frames look as well as very knowledgeable. I had an amazing time coming here. I can’t wait to come back for my next pair of frames.
My experience at this location was by far the most unforgettable. My girls had an appointment here and we was given the worst customer service. Not to mention the misinformation from an employee and a manager. Whom both gave the run around . Im guessing this is how they deal with customers and their version of professionalism there. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I know. Complete let down for my girls first experience there. After seeing our initial review, she took it upon herself to make things right and went above and beyond to win us back as customers. Doreen personally called us to apologize on behalf of the company and took the time to genuinely listen to our concerns about our previous experience. I just want to say thank you to everyone in this establishment. Everyone has been kind and honest. I have been stressed alot about my eye vision. Each and every one has been accommodating. All have been just a blessing in my life. If you are going to go anywhere please come here to this location. It takes a lot to be able to help people and they have done that for me today. Amazing customer service! Doreen, Christian and Al went out of their way to make sure we was taken care of. My son had just arrived from the airport and we needed his glasses fixed,it was almost closing they took us in and not only did they fix his glasses they took my husband and me and did our exams..Thank you so much!!!!!
