They’re so nice especially Elena Martino. She is so welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated all her help. She saved the day for me. I would ask for her all the time if I ever need help again. Also, Dr. Jassimine Davis is also AMAZING, I always have a great experience with her.
Elena Martino is a rockstar! I have called on a busy Saturday afternoon, where she was juggling multiple task, but still managed to schedule 4 appointments at a timely manner. Elena also took care of my labs during my appointment, a total sweetheart, great energy taking the time to explain everything so carefully! Definitely will come back here just for her!
Jeanette was amazing. She helped me and my husband get nice glasses. Jeanette has a great personality and patience. Extremely down to earth. She told me not to be afraid to be modern and leave the old style behind🥰 Thank you Jeanette❤️

On May 12, 2024 I came in to metro optics (Throggs Neck location) to select glasses after having a bad experience at the Southern Blvd location. Jeanette was very pleasant and helped me find the perfect glasses for me. Thank you making my experience great again. I will definitely be back again.
