My daughter and I enjoyed our time here today. We came in as walk ins and they were very friendly and accommodating with us, Despite the situation they had this morning - they handled everything like true professionals. Went there after being recommended by a coworker. I was assisted by Jeannette, friendly knowledge, patient.She knows all in the ins and out of what you can get or afford based on your insurance. I have been going to another place past 6 years and this is by far the most indepth glasses consult i have received. Jeannette is the customer service person you wish you had at every establishment you visit.
Elena Martino is a rockstar! I have called on a busy Saturday afternoon, where she was juggling multiple task, but still managed to schedule 4 appointments at a timely manner. Elena also took care of my labs during my appointment, a total sweetheart, great energy taking the time to explain everything so carefully! Definitely will come back here just for her!
