Walked in today and asked for an appointment. Was told if I don’t have my insurance card on me I can’t make an appointment without insurance info. Told her that I will bring in or call in the info. Just want to have an appointment set before leaving and was told no appointment till I provide my insurance upfront. If I want, I can be seen as a walk-in when I bring my insurance but I would have to be mindful that they may be a long wait bc other people with appointments already set will be seen before me. Metro Optics Eyewear truly provided a safe and supportive experience to meet my eye care needs from start to finish. I explained my insurance was expiring with my job in 2 days. Christian supported me with scheduling a same day appointment. The eye doctor answered all my questions about my eye glasses vs contacts regarding the impact on my eye. Amazing customer service the woman in the front was very helpful, I wish I would have gotten her name. She called my insurance to verify coverage instead of telling me to do it, all the staff were very polite and awesome. The doctor was great and my son was very comfortable. This will be the only place I will be going for my son’s optical care.
