Walked in today and asked for an appointment. Was told if I don’t have my insurance card on me I can’t make an appointment without insurance info. Told her that I will bring in or call in the info. Just want to have an appointment set before leaving and was told no appointment till I provide my insurance upfront. If I want, I can be seen as a walk-in when I bring my insurance but I would have to be mindful that they may be a long wait bc other people with appointments already set will be seen before me. I asked for an appointment for a eye check up and eye plugs. Was told if I don’t have my insurance card on me I can’t make an appointment without insurance info, told her my insurance name and that if anything I would come back with my insurance, but in case that my insurance does not cover the eye plugs, I ask her how much will that be. Amazing customer service the woman in the front was very helpful, I wish I would have gotten her name. She called my insurance to verify coverage instead of telling me to do it, all the staff were very polite and awesome. The doctor was great and my son was very comfortable. This will be the only place I will be going for my son’s optical care.
