If I can give this place No stars I would… My experience with the staff here has always been unpleasant. They lack customer service. The staff speaks with attitude and sarcasm. I will never ever come to this place again or recommend it to anyone in this neighborhood. You fail to let your customers know the process of changing lens on frames. I really would love to tell my story directly to the owner of this establishment.
Clean facility, took care of me and my daughters all within one hour. Staff was extremely sweet and professional. Definitely will be back.

My mother came here to get her eyes checked out and she had the help of a worker named Fran. Fran was very helpful and nice when it came to helping my mother and she was also very patient. She had a smile the entire time and she was very understanding about my mothers needs. I definitely recommend going to her for your appointments or if you have any questions or concerns.
