Dr. Shenfeld is amazing. Very laid back and approachable. Incredible staff. Office manage is exceptional.. was very helpful will all my billing related queries.
I want to take a moment to thank Ihyun at the Balance and Dizziness Center. I called because I had my mother's test results in hand but didn't really understand them. Ihyun spent a full half hour on the phone with me, patiently walking me through everything. She never once made me feel rushed, answered every question I had, and explained things in a way I could finally understand. Dr Shenfeld is the best doctor I ever had. Personal, knowledgeable, and helped with any problem. And my wife been trying to quit smoking for 20 years with no success . When the DR give her some pills to quit in the middle of taking the pills she quit smoking it’s passed already 45 days with no smoking and I am very very grateful to DR Seinfeld and happy that I found him and this office
I clearly stated my current issue with tinnitus and that I had already done an audiology test. However, they proceeded to schedule my appointment alleging they could help me. The day of my appointment they were quick to charge a copay only for the neurologist to tell me at the beginning of the visit that he couldn’t help me with my problem. Fast forward a few months later I visited a second neurologist for my tinnitus problem and proceeded to send me 3 tests. Clearly the neurologist here lacks knowledge. Extremely helpful. I feel so much better and sleep a lot better. The staff makes one think that you’re home. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. They do an excellent job/service.
