I want to take a moment to thank Ihyun at the Balance and Dizziness Center. I called because I had my mother's test results in hand but didn't really understand them. Ihyun spent a full half hour on the phone with me, patiently walking me through everything. She never once made me feel rushed, answered every question I had, and explained things in a way I could finally understand. Extremely helpful. I feel so much better and sleep a lot better. The staff makes one think that you’re home. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. They do an excellent job/service.

This was amazing for my mom they helped her understand what her issues were and how to help with balance, dizziness and hearing when Noone else could identify the issues. Many thanks her quality of life was greatly improved by this team. Thanks her daughter .
