Great experience with this office.. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. The hygienist and Dr. Mitchell explained everything thoroughly, took time to answer my questions. Overall experience with with hygienist, dentist and office staff was great. I highly recommend them for excellent dental care.
The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, friendly and put you immediately at ease. Kerrigan was a ray of sunshine very kind, the billing lady was thorough and explained my insurance perfectly and went out of her way to make sure I received exactly what I needed. The dentist was calm, humorous and very knowledgeable 10/10 recommend
Do not go to this place, especially if you’re Black. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. Every time I come here, I leave feeling disrespected and treated like I don’t belong. Staff are extremely rude, have terrible attitudes, unprofessional and talk to you in a very passive-aggressive way. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m., and I got there at 9:21 because I wanted to make sure I was on time. The door was locked even though the sign says they open at 9:00. I had a cleaning this morning, and wowza! I feel like a new woman! Becky is an absolute treasure! I only wish she had been my hygienist all these years. The staff is AMAZING, the office is sparkling clean, and Dr Jenn is a gem. I’m always super impressed.
Becky was very thorough describing each step of my routine dental visit. From the modern stand-up ex-rays, to the ultra sonic water pick. She could explain technical procedures in laymen's terms. Becky also provided insight into the status of my current cleaning routines and how different or added methods could benefit me. Dr. Mitchell uses current technology to provide patient confidence that nothing is missed.
