Ive been with Dr Orenshein since 2002. I am a teacher and had the school clinic dentist look at my teeth, told me I had at least 8 cavities. A colleague recommended him and he told me that because of the cusps on my teeth, they were spots to be watched but not cavities. If I had gone to the other dr he would have needlessly drilled and ruined my mouth. Dr. Orenshein is an honest and gentle dentist. I am hoping he doesn't retire for a LONG time.

Dr. orenshein is the best! Honest, helpful, intelligent, and kind. I am never switching dentists again. I feel so lucky to have hin as mh dentist!

Excellent experiences for ~10 years. I'm always wary of starting with a new dentist, but when I moved into the area I decided to stop in and see if I felt comfortable with Dr. Orenshein and his staff. He did fillings on 2 teeth other wanted to do root canals on, and he turned down a large benefit I had for cosmetic work since he said the difference between my current veneers and the work that could be done was minimal - he even mocked up a model of what it'd look like. He's honest and talented.

Dr Orenshine and the dental hygienist are amazing but I couldn’t take the disrespect and rude attitude by Natalie the manager. He did a beautiful job on my partial it’s been about 11 years but now i need more work and i’m not returning.

Good experience on my one visit in the past. But early in the morning I called to cancel my appointment today for a cleaning because I had a sore throat all night and this morning. I was told there is a $50 fee because I was cancelling before 8 days of the appointment. I said this was rediculous, I am not feeling well, have a sore throat. She said 'you signed the papers we gave you' on my first visit. I replied I did not sign for the fee. She then remarked that I got the 'Reminder Policy' e-mailed to me recently. Pleasantly surprised

Dr. Orenshein personally called me, I was surprised. Dr. Orenshein Explained that he is very busy but will take time out to speak to any patient about his establishment and services. Dr. Orenshein was courteous, calm, kind and professional, and took time to listen to me without judgment. We managed to work out the issue without any problems. He also apologize for my distress. Orenshein did not listen to the description of my pain. Did a painful and expensive procedure which did not solve my problem.

Dr. Orenshein was fine and so was his dental hygienist. The problem arose with his office manager Natalia. I have Emblem Health Federal Employees dental plan. I chose him, because he was listed in the network. I had x-rays and a consultation in April. I called in June to make an appointment. I was told by Natalia I had to pay $80, but she couldn't tell me what for. She said I couldn't schedule an appointment until I agreed to pay the $80.I called Emblem Health and was told I didn't owe anything. The representative called the... read more
