Yes, I do agree that some of their staff are not always happy, but I just smile at them anyway, EVEN if I am having a bad day. Through the testing it, was found that I have another medical issue that I would have not known that I had though my annual blood work. Susan is a wonderful asset to the company. I have had to call many times for my issue and Dr. Mardiney III or she have ALWAYS promptly responded to my calls.

The Glen Burnie location customer service is terrible. I was a few minutes late for an appt. and the receptionist was very nasty about that. She says I have to see if they will still see you..I said ok. So she says no, you have to reschedule. I still went back for my shot and found that the doctor was still seeing the patient that was scheduled before me. At this point I was 10 min late. I've been going to Dr Mardiney for a few years now. I've have had no issues with getting appointments etc. The staff is helpful and friendly. I'm in and out for my weekly shots in 15 minutes.

I've been a patient for many years and am very pleased with the services I receive from Dr. Mardiney. Also, he has always been very responsive to my after hours calls when I have a problem or question. I highly recommend this practice.

called to make an appointment and as they were about to confirm, they said there a hundred dollar fee that supposedly would be reimbursed later, they said it's their policy
