I went to see Dr. Weiser for prolonged lower back pain. Setting up the appointment was all done online and was very simple and easy. Upon arriving I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Weiser actively listened to my explanations and my self-treatment and performed a variety of tests to determine the condition. I was happy to that she took the time to listen and have a conversation without rushing me.
I went to see Dr Weiser in desperation. I described my issue, lower back pain. I should have been redirected as she is a upper extremity surgeon ( hand)Overall I found her cavalier at best as if she were doing me a favor by seeing me. I lost valuable time as the surgery that would have alleviated my pain may no longer be available to me. She had ordered radiology and reviewed it. She missed the primary issue and a direct healing process. I am now in the unenviable position of having to hope time and pain management will help
