Worst dental experience. Does not inform patients before procedure is done and will state that due to their policy nothing can be done when procedural upcharges are higher than what insurance covers. States they try to work with insurance to get your lowest benefits but will charge you a higher upgrade for something that they were unaware of a patient's insurance and does not check with insurance to instead take a patient's money and states that we have signed and agreed to it even when not notified before going into the apo... read more
I switched to LI Dental group after a bad experience with my previous dentist. Dr. Roksar is beyond amazing. I had been putting off an implant for more than 8 years, but after I spoke to Dr Roksar, I was convinced and agreed to the treatment. The whole experience was so smooth. He uses cutting edge technology without hammering your pocket. I also wanted to get an invisalign brace, however Dr. Roksar gave his honest opinion and told me that I didn't need it. i was referred to Dr. Roksar. He was immediately friendly and concerned with the pain I was having. His patience and concern was and still is admirable. More importantly was the knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition. He examined me patiently and always asked how I was doing as he probed.
