This week i took my son to get an eye exam at Lens Lab Express. It was our first time there and the staff was very helpful and accommodating even though we were a few minutes late. I ended up scheduling an appointment for myself the next day. Louisa and the entire staff were very helpful with the selection of my frames and were extremely friendly.
I got there at 12:20 for my appointment at 12:30. At 13:40 I still couldn't see the doctor. They are extremely slow and careless. When I asked why I was waiting, they answered in Spanish. However, I don't know Spanish. In summary, it is an extremely bad place.
I am extremely glad that I went to this office, because I was impressed with the very nice looking office, and then the receptionists at the front desk, Andrea and Daniela were most helpful, professional and courteous. Finally, Dr. Saini, was also very thorough in his examination, and very patiently explained the results of the testing. I was extremely pleased with the whole set up, and I would recommend it to my friends.
Horrible customer service! They overprice frames. They can't explain eye lens products to you properly. Won't be going there ever again. Finding my son a new place. I wish I had negative stars to give.
I discovered the Lab Express lens, about 5 years ago or more, looking for a frame to make my son's glasses. because when I found a good place, “they didn’t get their insurance.” From then on I walked a lot. And when I got there, I was impressed by the diversity of eyeglass frames, especially for children. And then, I got my son's and my daughter's glasses fitted, I had my eye exam.
