The manager was extremely unprofessional, arrived 15 minutes late for store opening time. I usually go to sears but I needed glasses right away. The manager did not know the concept of strength to the thickness of lens(that was a red flag of non experience). then manager just charged me without presenting the option of scratch resistant and anti glare. Verrrrry unprofessional. The sales rep ONLY cares about making a sale and no care of what the customer wants. They also don't really pay you much mind at all. When you buy a pair of glasses and you call the store to see if they are ready, they give you attitude! They have No customer service expertise at all. If you can go elsewhere please do. They have advertisement in their website but once you go to the store and mentione the advertisement, they change on you.

This place is is violating Section 456.2 of the FTC that requires that I must be provided a copy of my prescription. The manager at this store is very unprofessional and believes she is in accordance with the law by denying me a copy of my prescription. I will continue reporting this location along with the one on 880 White Plains Road. These people are far too ignorant to understand the law because they're pushing too much to make a sale. They made it easy to get a quick appointment to see my mother. Other places seemed like they can't be bothered. The staff and doctor were helpful and friendly. My mom got what she needed and was pleased. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The staff is helpful and pleasant and the manager is very professional and will work with you until you are completely satisfied. They are an asset to the neighborhood, providing good quality products at a fair price to their customers. I highly recommend them.
