I am extremely glad that I went to this office, because I was impressed with the very nice looking office, and then the receptionists at the front desk, Andrea and Daniela were most helpful, professional and courteous. Finally, Dr. Saini, was also very thorough in his examination, and very patiently explained the results of the testing. I was extremely pleased with the whole set up, and I would recommend it to my friends.
I discovered the Lab Express lens, about 5 years ago or more, looking for a frame to make my son's glasses. because when I found a good place, “they didn’t get their insurance.” From then on I walked a lot. And when I got there, I was impressed by the diversity of eyeglass frames, especially for children. And then, I got my son's and my daughter's glasses fitted, I had my eye exam. The staff are very pleasant very professional. The Doctor is a dream. Smart and friendly I'd rate my experience a 10.
Horrible customer service! They overprice frames. They can't explain eye lens products to you properly. Won't be going there ever again. Finding my son a new place. I wish I had negative stars to give.
