My experience with Dr. Poonam Bhavsar was awesome because she has so much patience and she’s gentle and caring with other peoples eyes and vision . I’ve taken my husband there and she saved my husbands vision . Eye exams were very thorough but the frame pricing seemed very high and if paid by insurance very few to chose from.
Terrible terrible place! Stay clear of this place. Go somewhere else. They gave my 87 year old mother such a hard time for glasses she ordered. Gave her the run around on when she’ll get them. Someone answered the phone and put me hold for 10 min. I walked in with my cell phone still on hold. While all 3 women, working there were sitting and chatting. Well surprise surprise!! Lazy, incompetent dirty humans.
