I've already wrote 1 review years ago. But I feel the need to write another. The doctor here is so awesome. Fair prices. Down to earth people. And he makes sure you FULLY understand what he is doing, what your options are and what's going on with your teeth. He's very easy to talk to and ask questions makes sure you are 100% comfortable in his facility and while you get work done and I honestly look forward to seeing all the workers as long as it's under good circumstances dental work wise of course. 😅 They allow me to sit... read more
I’ve been bringing my 3 grandkids to see Dr. Rackham for 7 years. My granddaughter was 3 when she had her first dental checkup and she’s 10 now. She says Dr. Rackham is the nicest and best dentist. If you have little ones, I highly recommend this dental office. The staff is great as well.
Really awesome place to bring kids for dental work. They have tvs on the wall and ceiling for the kids to watch while getting work done. Gave him clear instructions and everything went smoothly. Really great staff and doctor!
I recently moved to San Antonio and stumbled upon KidsnMore Dentist. I walked in and received a next-day appointment. Dr. Rackham thoroughly explained my sons X-rays, and alleviated all my concerns. His staff was welcoming, friendly, and patient with my panicky 7 y/o. I also enjoyed the amenities, and festive Halloween decor.
This office DOES NOT have a dental hygenist. The office does not inform the patients that the cleaning is done by the dental assistant. Hence why our cleaning was not thorough. She only brush and flossed our teeths, no use of the metal tools to remove plaque and other build ups. My family and I have moved to an office that provides better service.
