Dentist is great but front office is a mess. I tried for two months to make an appointment to got cavities filled for my autistic child who really likes this location. I kept being told I’d be called back. Finally I called them and told them just to make the appointment. Now 3 days before the appointment they call to cancel it because they don’t have the proper medication for it and haven’t for months. Loved all the staff working here! The DA was very sweet with my whole family and so were the front office girls. The Dr was also really good, the way he guided us through the process was very informative and made us feel safe. The office also provides a drowsy medicine for anxious kiddos. Everything was efficient, comfortable and quick!
Very nice and professional workers. The dr is super nice with his patients. And explains everything to you and takes his time . And All the girls here are awesome! They treat you good and are very nice. I wish I would have known of this dentist before. Really recommend them to everyone. They are the best !
I’ve been taking my kids here for some time now and I do not plan on ever switching them! They are the most patient people I have ever met! My children love all of them there at kids n more dentist! I highly recommend them they see all ages! You will not be disappointed!
I LOVE Dr. Rackham and his entire team. Dentist visits have always felt like visiting family and not just a Dentist visit. I’d recommend his office to any of my family and friends.
