What a refreshing experience at a Dentist’s office! Front desk is very friendly and approachable and Dr. Faigen is a breath of fresh air! I came in for a second opinion and felt that all my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed. It makes a huge difference when your dentist listens to you and gives you all the information you need to make the right decision for you. This office officially gained me as a new patient!
Was contacted an hour prior to my scheduled appointment and informed that moving forward I will be charged a large fee for services. Seems I am out of network and my insurance company only paid a small portion of the services they provided. I don't recall it being a problem at my first dental appointment. Needless to say I am very disappointed because I had finally found a dentist I was happy with. I wish I was notified sooner than the day of my appointment. I highly recommend Kew Dental, the Dr is very professional, friendly, sense of humor. He makes you feel comfortable. I can’t say enough about the staff. You will be greeted with a big smile. Everyone shows how much they care and will do what they can to meet your needs. You will not be disappointed in your experience at this dental off..

Outstanding! Best dental experience ever. Staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. Dental Hygienist is phenomenal - my teeth are sparklingly white! Dr. Faigen is kind and patient. He addresses concerns and is honest about unnecessary dental work. Five stars across the board! I highly recommend Kew Dental Care.
