I have been going to Kendall Dental for years. They have always been great, and keep getting better. The entire staff is so friendly and professional, and I really appreciate how they are handling all the new protocols during the pandemic. It feels very safe and they still manage to be so friendly! I never dread going to the dentist since I’ve been going here, and that’s saying a lot! I highly recommend it.

After being told I needed a "deep cleaning procedure" by a dental office in Downtown Boston, I was hesitant to look for another dentist in the area and continued to see the dentist in my hometown when I returned to visit my parents / friends. Kendall Square Dental really takes care of your dental needs. My dentist is retiring. Nearly all of my Doctors have recently retired. Unlike other places, Kendall Dental set me up with a new dentist before my regular dentist retired. I met my new dentist. She is really on top of everything. She cleaned my teeth and they are cleaner than they have ever been with less pain (new technology). Plus the staff is awesome (A shout out to Amy, who will tell you exactly how to deal with your insurance).

Everything starting from making an appointment over the phone to the X-rays, cleaning, and making my next appointment was done so smoothly, I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, my hygienist Amanda did a wonderful job, Dr did a thorough check up, I am really glad to be in good hands. Thank you!

I was a loyal patient/customer at Kendall Dental for over 20 years, but then had a horrible experience, and learned the hard way that they do NOT help patients with insurance.  Right before the pandemic (December), I got scheduled for a significant procedure that was supposed to be covered by insurance, but a month later, I was surprised with a bill for $1600!
