I’ll preface this by saying that my review does not reflect the quality of dental work at all. I didn’t even get to that step. I chose to visit Katy Smile Design for a consultation for cosmetic reasons, as their reviews were perfect. I later discovered from signs all over that each review a patient gives will enter them for a raffle prize (hence the 5 star reviews). We moved here in 2007 and went through a couple of dentists before finding Katy Smile Design and knew that we had found a winner. We were immediately impressed with the positive and professional atmosphere created by the entire staff. I’ve been going to Dr. Shepherd since before Katy Smile Design even existed. She has treated me, my husband, my children, and even one of my grandchildren! The staff is great from the front desk to the chair side assistants. I hear many people say how much they dislike going to the dentist, but I have to always tell them that I absolutely love going to the dentist because my experiences there have always been wonderful!
