No dentist's office is perfect but Jungle Dental comes pretty darn close! I've been here 3 or so times with my 12yo and have observed the staff and their terrific bedside manner with the kids. Other children who come in to the office always seem happy to be here and see the staff again which, I believe, says a lot about a pediatric dentist's office. I have been bringing my 10 year old and 5 year old here for the last few months and have not had an issue. The staff is friendly and great. I will definitely be referring family and friends here.
I haven't had a bad experience so far. Staff is very professional and friendly. They are very patient with small children especially ones with special needs like my autistic son. Made it super easy in accepting an emergency walk in when my daughter's tooth fell out. They take the time to explain to us parents anything we need to keep eye on, or any procedures that may be needed and why. Premises is really clean, I've never seen it dirty. No complaints from me, I highly recommend this place.
I have brought my 3 girls for about 3 years now The youngest one just had her first visit. They are always very responsive tentative for my two oldest girls, We have had dental emergencies and they’re very quick to schedule me in the same day very kind caring all of the staff any questions or concerns I might have the very responsive to give me the proper information and guidance. It's always so simple to make appointments, the staff reaches out to help me stay up to date on my daughter's exams and treatments. The staff is great with the kids, great with my daughter. I love it here and it's also so close to my Drs office so it's easier to coordinate appointments!
