I have been going to Dr. Tim Moss for 14 years, he left the previous office that I went to and I found him!! He bought his own practice with his twin brother! I’m so happy I found him! My entire family sees Dr. Tim. My daughter recently seen Dr. Kevin for an issue and he got her in same day and was just as amazing as Dr. Tim! From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable which isn’t easy at a dental office. Nice waiting room and friendly greetings. The health history was great, I’m definitely not a fan when you get a long repetitive and unnecessary book to fill out. Completed it in less than 5 minutes. I loved the personal care of all the staff. Dr. Kevin Moss got me in quickly, as a new patient, to address concerns. Staff was kind and courteous!! I hope our Yorkville community will give this dentist office a try!
I can not say enough how grateful I am to have found such a kind and caring Dentist and staff. They make you feel at ease and make sure that you know and Understand what you need to have done. The best part was when I had my Root Canal, and the Novacaine wore off, I couldn’t even tell I had it done. I have never had a dental experience like this before
Morgan my hygienist is the greatest, I do have a suggestion now that I am retired, I don’t have dental insurance and am on a fixed income,. I wish that they had discounts for cash patients and that they kept the original owners policy of not charging for the gas. Update; I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled Dr. Kevin Moss did an excellent job extracting the tooth, it was pain free for the most part and he is a kind and caring person.
