Every experience with the folks at Dr. Ochi's office is great. I truly enjoy my cleaning each time I visit. Everyone is so kind and you get the feeling you are going to be well taken care of. Went and saw Dr. Ochi after having not seen a dentist for many years and was very apprehensive about going to any dentist. This office did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and at home. The appointment began with x-rays that were very easy and manageable. They have a wireless X-ray machine now which makes things quick and painless. Dr. Ochi and his staff are PHENOMENAL! They take time to explain what they are seeing and showed me pictures to help me understand what is going on with my teeth and health. They are thorough, kind and I was very relaxed! Dr. Ochi showed me some examples of smile makeovers he's done and I'm excited to get my porcelain veneers started!! Dr. Ochi and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and all very professional. Dr. Ochi definitely goes the extra mile to accommodate the patient’s issues. From the first time I met Dr. Ochi, he has always made me feel comfortable and my visit to the dentist’s chair have been pleasant and most importantly, pain-free. Dr. Ochi and his staff have always treated me so well. I haven’t always had the best experience at dental appointments, so I’m glad I found Ochi’s office. Stephanie is my Dental Hygienist, and she always makes sure that I’m comfortable, which means a lot to me since I have sensitive teeth.
