Due to an unexpected medical event at my end I have been unable to complete the implant originally scheduled for Aug 2025. It's now Aug 2026 and Dr Peterman has been holding the tooth all these months without once bothering me about the money I owe for the tooth. In addition since my original visits I was forced to move and can no longer go to Sandwich. For first time ever walking into the office every single client walking out with Dr. following seeing them out and saying thank you, have a nice day, see you next time etc…. Seemed to be pleased with there services and the workers were as pleasant. With my first initial encounter with the receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant as well. After dentist after dentist over years of having different ones, I think I’ve found THE one.
The staff at Dr Peterman’s office are beyond exceptional! I brought my two little kids in for their first check up and they were so kind and gentle with them which made the process a breeze! They made the appointment the highlight of my day, and my kids! Highly recommended!
Amazing customer service at Dr. Peterman's practice! The office staff led by Mary is beyond perfect. Nothing but excellence regardless of dental needs at this practice!
Dr Peterman is the person you want to see if you dread or fear the dentist. Always honest pain free and great experience all around. Staff is amazing as well.
