My mother needed medication delivered to her from this pharmacy and she called every day for over a week and every day they told her it’d be delivered the next day. They did not care to investigate where the medication was. Now we’ve been having to go through the stressful ordeal of trying to locate the medication from the courier service. A representative from the courier informed us that they’d been given the wrong address by the pharmacy. Went in for cough medicine and was quoted $20 for it. I walked out. This is why I rather big corp pharmacies. Small business overcharge and it’s crazy. Last time ever coming here. I ended up going to CityMD and getting prescribed medicine all in which came up to less than the bottle of cough medicine…

I took a COVID test 3 days before my flight and was told I would get the results the next day. It’s now the day before my flight and I haven’t gotten any results. And On top of that they were closed by 6pm on Saturday when the website says they close at 7pm and now Imight not be allowed to fly because they told me on Saturday morning it would take an hour and a half to get the results. The lady told me she would be calling me back and everytime I called no one answered the phone and then closed early.
