Phenomenal! Takes a wide variety of insurances. Clean facility, excellent patient care. Meticulous and timely x-ray screenings and fluoride cleaning. All staff were knowledgeable and provided exceptional provider to patient education on treatment and future treatment plans. Due to low staff, there can be long wait times, however the amount of personalized care eliminates any anxiety/fear when it comes to dental care. Best dental treatment I ever received in my life! Highly recommend!

I switched to Jamesville Dental Office last year and have now been twice. Val at the front desk was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Palmer-Davis was kind and informative and the dental examination process was very thorough. I received the best teeth-cleaning of my life from Karen. She was incredible! I’m very happy with my experience so far as a patient here.
They didn't tell me what is covered or not thru insurance before they finished the process, then they would say it was not covered and need to pay out-of-pocket. Not transparent.
I am glad to finally have found this office. Dr. Palmer and her staff are professional andriendly. Val is a delight every time I enter the door until I get out. The most impressive of all is there is no wait time. The time you get for your appointment is the time you go in. I recommend it to everyone looking for a dentist.
