Phenomenal! Takes a wide variety of insurances. Clean facility, excellent patient care. Meticulous and timely x-ray screenings and fluoride cleaning. All staff were knowledgeable and provided exceptional provider to patient education on treatment and future treatment plans. Due to low staff, there can be long wait times, however the amount of personalized care eliminates any anxiety/fear when it comes to dental care. Best dental treatment I ever received in my life! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I can’t speak to the quality of care as they’ve cancelled my appointment with 24 hours’ notice. If I had cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment they would have charged me a $50 fee (which they made very clear in the several contracts I had to sign), but they’re free to cancel on me whenever they like and I’m just out of luck. I called this office to schedule a cleaning on February 23. The earliest they said they could get me in was May 7. That’s a 10 week wait. So, sure, I take the appointment, schedule ... read more

Dr. Palmer-Davis and her staff are fabulous!! I am not a good dental patient, and they let me know everything that's going on, give me choices and keep my stress level as low as possible. I would highly recommend them.

I switched to Jamesville Dental Office last year and have now been twice. Val at the front desk was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Palmer-Davis was kind and informative and the dental examination process was very thorough. I received the best teeth-cleaning of my life from Karen. She was incredible! I’m very happy with my experience so far as a patient here.
