I had a crown replaced with Dr Kocian. I had no pain or complaints re the tooth prior but Dr Kocian recommended to replace it because it was old. Did the in office crown and within days had severe pain in the tooth. The crown replacement caused me to have to do a root canal (I went elsewhere for the root canal after the negative experience).
Dr. Kocian demonstrates professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, strong ethics, and systematic, patient-centered approach to care.
I had an outstanding experience! The clinic provides a calm, welcoming environment, and the entire team is professional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Extremely rude front desk service. Additionally our new provider made our family realize how thorough and beneficial a good examination can be. JK is very pleasant but we found an option we are much happier with going forward.
Great dentist. She has been treating my family for years. Very friendly and most important, it never hurts! I recommend her to co-workers and friends.
