Everyone I dealt with—from the people at the front desk to the dental hygienists to Dr. Tschetter—was both warm and professional. I had a filling that needed to be replaced, and not only was the procedure quick and painless, the recovery has been seamless. 100% recommend this practice!
I had a GREAT experience with Jackson Creek Dental for my filling appointment! Normally I just have my recall appointments and they always are good but this was a first for a while for a filling. It was relatively painless (Dr. Tschetter did a very gently injection and I barely felt a thing). Also my expanded assistant was so kind and professional and explained everything that was being done. She also had a gently touch and the visit was completed in a very efficient and timely manner. Thank you all once again!!
Best dentists in town. I am so lucky I found this place. I used to have cavities every year and after I started using their prescription toothpaste, never again. And I am going to miss my lovely dental hygienist when I move out of town next month. You guys are great!
Dr. Tschetter and staff are professional, informative and kind. They crowned my front tooth from start to finish in 2 hours, all in house. No pain, no swelling, no discomfort. Incredible! I finally have a smile that I am proud of. I regret not having this done sooner.
I had decided to change dentists and Jackson Creek Dental came highly recommended. From the moment I checked in with the front staff, to Jolie, the dental assistant/hygienist, and lastly, upon meeting Dr. Tschetter for my exam, I was impressed! Also, they were able to get me in the following week for a cleaning. At my prior dentist's office, it took weeks to schedule a cleaning, and although many of the staff were exceptional, I was disappointed in the one dentist as he failed to listen to my concerns.
