I had a great experience! This was my first visit to Dr Peng’s practice. All the staff including Dr Peng were pleasant and welcoming. Shout out to Julie the hygienist, she was awesome. I followed her from her previous employer and glad I did!!
Great experience! I had a time-sensitive dental issue that required immediate attention, and the clinic was able to schedule me very quickly. After examining my teeth, Dr. Peng provided detailed advice and information on how to take care of them. She was very thoughtful, professional, and caring. Highly recommended!
My dentistry transitioned by recently. Same building, but completely new staff. Everyone has been AMAZING. It’s very clear that Dr. Peng and the team absolutely love what they do, and have the best interest of the patient. The name of the dentistry is called iSmile, and I understand the name- because everyone I’ve worked with so far has had the biggest smile during every interaction I’ve had with them.
I had a great experience at iSmile for my recent dental cleaning. Mindy at the front desk was extremely friendly and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. She also helped me get my next 6-month appointment scheduled without any hassle. Dr. Peng and her assistant were both very kind, professional, and thorough. The whole experience was absolutely exceptional. Top teir treatment. The staff up front were warm and welcoming, very professional while also showing consideration for my needs and comfort. The Dr and her assistants were amazing, very kind and considerate. She made it a point to include me on every aspect of my treatment.
