Excellent experience with the entire staff, especially Andrea, Rosa, and Dr. Crews at their orthodontic practice. I went in to have a fixed retainer replaced, and even though I was not originally one of their patients, they kindly welcomed me and were happy to help. I’m very happy because Dr. Crews also has a dental office in Downtown Cumming, so everything worked out perfectly for me. 100% recommended. Dr. Crews is great. The entire office is friendly, cares about me as a person, and customizes my treatment to what works best with me. I’ve never had to wait when I come in. They also keep in close contact with my regular dentist. Strong communication and great service!
