Excellent experience with the entire staff, especially Andrea, Rosa, and Dr. Crews at their orthodontic practice. I went in to have a fixed retainer replaced, and even though I was not originally one of their patients, they kindly welcomed me and were happy to help. I’m very happy because Dr. Crews also has a dental office in Downtown Cumming, so everything worked out perfectly for me. 100% recommended. We have had a wonderful experience with this orthodontic practice. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes us feel welcome. They take the time to explain treatment plans and answer any questions, and the office runs efficiently. We are very happy with the care and service we’ve received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!
Dr Cruz and her team are great. From the front desk, assistants up to Dr Cruz herself! Going back into braces was the last thing I wanted to do but was needed. Dr Cruz and the team here has made the journey a good experience with how friendly they are and understanding! No question or step of the process goes unanswered either which is always nice.
Dr. Crews is wonderful and her whole staff has been great to work with. She is professional, thorough and has taken excellent care of our daughter’s teeth. Highly recommend this practice.
Great experience from start to finish! The staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean and organized, Dr Crews explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’m really happy with how my treatment is going and highly recommend this office!
