Today, I called a facility on behalf of a friend who doesn’t speak English. She needed to make an appointment for her son, who also isn’t fluent in English. Both are here legally and pay taxes—her son even works. The phone rang, and a man named “Stu” answered. If you want a good thorough eye exam, this is the place. Office staff very helpful. Eye doctor very good and patient. I have a daughter with special needs. I was surprised how well they worked with her exam. I drive a little distance to get this excellent customer service. Thanks to Stu and the crew!!!
This is for Howell Location. Exam appointment availability was great. Front desk ladies were friendly and very helpful. They were very thorough in looking into our family's insurances to figure out the best path forward for what we needed. The doctor was also very friendly, thorough, and patient as we asked lots of questions to figure out or best options for our vision needs.
Very nice staff and great office. Dylan, the lovely girl that helped me, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with the services provided and pricing on everything. Speaking of pricing, they are very reasonable. Dr. Lin, who gave my eye exam was also very informative and made the experience comfortable. If you’re looking to get an eye exam or buy frames/contacts here, I’d highly recommend stopping in.
Dr. Goldberg was a pleasure to work with. She provided the most thorough and helpful eye exam I've ever experienced. My eye site after receiving my new glasses is as perfect as I can imagine. Jessi was also a huge help up front with fitting and frame designs. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you Spare Pair
