A wonderful dental office! Dr. Flamenco, his assistant Samantha, and receptionist Ruby were all incredibly friendly and professional. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for. Their attention to detail and warm demeanors made the entire experience positive and pleasant. Excellent experience with Dr. Flamenco helping me with my night oral appliance to treat sleep apnea. Finally I can sleep through the night and feel rested in the morning without a CTPAT machine. Having a great dentist is so important. That’s what I found with Dr. Flamenco and his staff at Helix Dental. He covers all the bases of your dental health and makes you feel so comfortable during procedures and if you have any questions or concerns he is ready to address them. He also specializes in Sleep Apnea and is one of the best in San Diego. Shout out to Ruby at the front desk and Mark his assistant. Everyone is so nice and kind.

I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Dr Flamenco gave me the most thorough exam to fit me with a mouth piece to wear for sleeping. He answered all of my questions and recommended a pillow for better night sleep. Dr Flamenco and his staff were awesome!!
