My first visit with them was on 06/29/2026. From the time I walked in the staff made me feel like I was special, even though I know I wasn't they made me feel that way. It was nice and clean. Dr Reichert and her assistant were awesome. They explained everything that they were doing to in detail. They are the best. I think I will finally get my hearing problem solved. Thanks to their caring and taking the time to check out everything. I would refer anyone with unsolved hearing problems to them. Jean

Had a wonderful experience here! I’ve had no luck with getting answers for my vertigo for months, until I came here. They were beyond thorough & detailed with the questions they had for me, the tests they ran, and when it came to explaining what was happening. They made sure if I had any questions that they were answered before I left my appointment. Dr. Jones is even doing a follow-up with me in a few weeks to see how things are going. Cannot recommend enough!!

The Hearing and Balance people in the Lee’s Summit area are fantastic. If you are having any difficulty with your hearing, go there. You will be treated with respect and very friendly people.

This appointment was amazing. I have had many hearing evaluations in the past but this was the first time I was shown a diagram, my results and an explanation of how hearing should be and how mine was affected. I walked out completely satisfied I have the best help available.

Excellent staff and responsiveness! The testing was thorough for both hearing and balance! Comprehensive explanations were given throughout, as well as a summary of the results. I highly recommend Hearing & Balance Specialists!
