I have had buzzing in my ears since Covid 2021. I have been to several doctors but got no real answers or relief. Jessica was very thorough and knowledgeable and I learned more from her than anyone else. She gave me all of my options without making me feel pressured to make a decision. She was very professional and sympathetic.

Dr. Johnson is amazing. She’s patient and she listens to every word the patient is saying. She explains in detail every step and educates you about what she’s doing as far as ear testing and The prognosis of your testing, She is very knowledgeable and very kind.

I recently took my family member there for a hearing aid consultation. They were very consultative and educational. They walked us through every detail and made sure we understood everything they had to offer. Their pricing on hearing aids was extremely reasonable when compared to other places we visited. I highly recommend H & B Specialist of KC!!!

Dr Johnson is great. She is very informative about the testing process and how your ear interacts with sounds and how it changes with age. She cares about getting the correct Hearing aide that best suits your needs. Kathy

I had an amazing consult with Dr. Johnson. She was friendly, thorough, and informative. I walked away feeling heard and equipped with tools to help manage my situation. The support staff was warm and personable as well. Highly recommend giving them a call!
