I found this practice when searching for vestibular treatment options and they were able to see me within the same week due to a cancellation. The whole team was kind, compassionate and patient, answering all my questions. Dr. Lycans was both empathetic and knowledgeable. She completed testing with care, listened to me, answered questions without judgment, and developed a treatment plan for each of my symptoms. I am grateful I found this practice and look forward to working with the team while I recover.

Came in for the first time. Very welcoming staff in the front. Brought back by Dr Claire and she was great. She explained everything as we went and what the process would be going forward. Im glad I picked this office to go to.

Initially, I was persuaded by all of the positive reviews. Apparently our experiences were the outliers?? Docs were friendly and professional enough. However, our child was analyzed for two different issues, at two different times, and in both instances we paid a lot of money only to be told there was basically NOTHING to be done to address either her vertigo or her misophonia. I called and they got my Mom in the next day and even though I was skeptical of the earigator at first, the doctor was understanding and kind and assured me all would go well which it did and now my mom is much better! Kind receptionist as well!
