If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Dr. Lasee is hands down the most amazing eye doctor I’ve ever experienced. Even though her office is far from me, I visited Dr. Lasee because my friend said she was the best optometrist in Phoenix. I'll be going back because my friend was right. Dr. Lasee is a fantastic optometrist with incredible bedside manner. My initial exam and fitting felt like a conversation between old friends with some medical stuff snuck in between. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lasee for years, and we now drive out from Tucson just to see her. She carries gorgeous frames and goes above and beyond to find the right pair to fit your face shape, personality, and style. Like contact lenses instead? She carries special fit and hard to find contact lenses. I never thought with how high my astigmatism is that I would ever be able to wear daily contact lenses, other optometrists told me as much, but she carries them. Dr. Lasee is the best. She took care of my partner and I. Every single optometrist i’ve had in the past never let me get contacts before. I always felt like glasses made me get headaches and now I feel like i’m free with my new contacts. Thank you Dr. Lasee. I plan to come back every year.
Front desk staff was very helpful in navigating some confusion with my insurance. The doctor? Beyond words how incredible she made this experience. She explains any and all details you wish to know and truly cares about your needs and budget. She answered my slew of questions without tapping at the time, was incredibly patient throughout, and even takes the time to find the perfect frames (I'm so indecisive) instead of handing me off to staff the way the big box stores do.
