The Harvard Square Eye Care is absolutely amazing! Laura and Karl are friendly and helpful! I truly appreciate their assistance and the selection of my new glasses frame!
Clean and bright facility with high ceilings. Conveniently located in the heart of Harvard Square. All staff was cheery and pleasant and happy to answer any questions you may have. The Dr I saw was very knowledgeable, gentle, explained what he was doing before jumping in to alleviate my anxiety. Mass health is accepted here and the frames they cover- there are close to 50 different frames to choose from! I will definitely be going back for all future vision appointments.
I always have a good experience here. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and they always ensure that you are taken care of. They have also been generous in times when I’ve been running low on contacts, came in to order more because I was out, and they gave me extra samples to hold me over. I appreciated that and I appreciate their friendly attitude in general. Also the eye exams are professional and the docs are good. Very happy with this place. Would recommend!
I got excellent care and picked out some lovely affordable frames from a nice variety. So glad they took my insurance. Great place!
Super friendly, professional, cool, diverse staff with a fun sense of humor. Convenient appointments & great overall service. They don’t berate you for being late / missing an appointment. A nice array of glasses & they actually spend time helping you choose. Good background music played at a tasteful volume. They know their stuff, but are not pretentious about it. Known in the area as a great place for comprehensive eye care.
