I always have a good experience here. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and they always ensure that you are taken care of. They have also been generous in times when I’ve been running low on contacts, came in to order more because I was out, and they gave me extra samples to hold me over. I appreciated that and I appreciate their friendly attitude in general. Also the eye exams are professional and the docs are good. Very happy with this place. Would recommend!
Clean and bright facility with high ceilings. Conveniently located in the heart of Harvard Square. All staff was cheery and pleasant and happy to answer any questions you may have. The Dr I saw was very knowledgeable, gentle, explained what he was doing before jumping in to alleviate my anxiety. Mass health is accepted here and the frames they cover- there are close to 50 different frames to choose from! I will definitely be going back for all future vision appointments.
**Update** updating my review this as they did reach out and end up refunding the additional charges. Went in for my yearly regular exam with no change to my glasses or contact prescription. 5 months later I am having headaches from my contacts and can’t see anything. I ask for an appointment to get re-checked and am quoted $110 since it’s not covered by insurance. Okay fine, seems worth the relief of constant headaches.
