Laura took great care of me. She was smiling, polite, and respectful throughout the entire visit. She explained every step before proceeding, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and communication skills, which helped me clearly understand what I needed. Great experience today! We have moved and needed a new dentist. Shopping around and went to another dentist who wanted to do thousands of dollars of work on me which I declined and I left in tears. My husband called around and found Dr. Cradduck. Dr Cradduck felt like my dentist back home. He explained everything and had the same game plan my home dentist had. The tech was wonderful as well. I appreciate this dental practice so much. From the administrative staff to the hygienists, dental assistants and the dentist; everyone is so friendly and professional. The office is a clean and bright environment and I’ve never experienced much of a wait. I highly recommend Hagerstown Family Dental. Five Stars all the way. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I was having some unbearable tooth pain and my family dentist I’ve had for years just retired and sold his practice. I called Dr. Cradduck’s office and they immediately seen me (2:30pm). The staff there is VERY nice and welcoming!! Turns out I had a cracked tooth and it needed to be removed. They worked on me well after closing time. I was searching for a new dentist and I’m happy to have found them!

I can’t recommend this office enough! I came in with a very painful wisdom tooth and was worried about a long, drawn-out process. Instead, I was in and out incredibly quickly. The dentist and the entire staff were so friendly and professional. If you're looking for a great dental team, go here!
