We visited 5 different dental clinics over 2 years before finally finding the right place. I’m extremely happy we found this clinic. Thank you to Dr. Rajab and assistant Danil for their patience and care. They didn’t rush my daughter, and for the first time she felt safe and trusted them. Special thanks to Danil ! His support, kindness, and ability to connect with my daughter truly changed everything. Because of him, she agreed to get her teeth treated. Highly recommend!
I am very thankful for this place because as a mom it is very frustrating to find a place that is good with kids and has the patience. Dr.Modur was the one who did my daughter's procedure, and I liked how she explained everything while she was doing the procedure and answered our questions. Since the first appointment she was very assuring and the staff is really nice. My daughter's 4th time coming here and is no longer scared to go the dentist, and I will continue bringing both my daughters here.
Great experience at Grand Smiles Dentistry. Eric was wonderful with my two kids—he explained everything, let them see the tools, and made them feel comfortable. Dr. Bindra was helpful, answered all my questions, and was very clear about the results, which I really appreciate. I switched from another dental office that wasn’t clear and was dismissive about the severity of cavities. I’m glad I made the change to Grand Smiles. The staff is also very organized with reminders and always polite.
They don’t care about your children and your personal situation. They just follow general instructions and don’t have any compassion and understanding. I wish to write a good review of this clinic. But I want to warn those parents who go for general anesthesia to treat their children's teeth. Since general anesthesia requires that the child be 100% without any respiratory or flu symptoms. ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the front desk staff and scheduling process. We had a 10:00 AM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, but were not called in until almost 11:00 AM. During that time, several patients who arrived after us were seen before us, including patients with later appointment times. When I asked when we would be seen, I was only told to wait.
