Amazing. So good that I’m still here as they work on my daughter. My daughter was having pain and they were able to squeeze her into their busy schedule. Each and every staff member is so polite, professional, and considerate. The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and smells good. Parking isn’t hard. I am so happy we came here and will be referring others to come here as well. Thank you everyone at Gramercy for such a beautiful first experience at the dentist 🩷🙏🏽
I love this place, every visit is delightful. My daughter has autism and they are so patient and supportive. The way they make sure she’s comfortable before starting is amazing. It means so much to me. This allows me not to have anxiety every visit Because I know she’s in good hands.
This is really the best office I take my kids to. They are 7 and 8 and we have been going here since they are 2 and 3 years old probably. My kids have had a lot of work they had to go through including extractions and they still want to go! Once we got their teeth under control under Dr. Dixon's care so far we have had minimal work needed. We had our appointment yesterday after switching from another practice and are very impressed. My kids couldn't stop talking about how much they loved it, especially getting to choose from fun toothpaste options and the cool glasses they wore while getting their cleaning. As a parent, I enjoyed that the staff was friendly, and very communicative. Place is nice and clean, little to no wait time and the entire staff is nice! The receptionist, the hygienist, the doctor!!all very friendly and ensured my kids were happy and comfortable..Highly recommend!
