It was my daughter’s first time, and staffs made sure we were comfortable. Though she was a little nervous, but she was comfortable. Good service great staffs and a clean environment. I just wished they take my insurance, but over all great experience with Gramercy Pediatric Dentistry.

My son loves the Gramercy practice!! He’s always happy to visit and sit in the dental chair, watch his favorite shows, choose his favorite toothpaste flavor and get an awesome goodie bag on his way out. Highly recommend this place. It’s clear they love children and treat them with respect and warmth. We’ve been here for several years and every dentist and hygienist we’ve met has been amazing. Give them a try!

My 3 children have been seeing Dr Coupet for several years now- she is fantastic! She makes the dentist trip a fun experience for the kids. They always look forward to seeing her. Thanks to Dr Coupet - my kids have great teeth! The whole staff is lovely and welcoming.

Our kids (age 2 + 4) always look forward to visiting the dentist. The staff are extremely warm and kind. The facility feels clean. We moved away from the neighborhood but still make the commute for each appointment because it's always a wonderful experience overall.

I was told by this practice my insurance was not accepted so I paid out of pocket, no problem. A few weeks later, I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance with a negotiated rate for the visit, a portion I would be responsible for and insurance sent them a check for the rest. The portion I would be responsible for was almost 3x the amount I paid this practice plus the check insurance sent them.
