Im a new patient and I had a great experience on my first visit. Staff is friendly and professional. The dentist was thorough and explained everything . They place a strong emphasis on patient care in my opinion. Thoroughly pleased with the time and attention I received and I am fully confident that I will get good oral care at Georgetown Family Dental.
I visit Georgetown Family Dental fairly regularly for all my dental needs. My Dental Hygienist, Sojourner Mays is the best. She is through, gentle and explains what you need to do to keep your teeth. Jaressa is also very pleasant. I strongly recommend this office if you are looking for someone to support your dental health.
Literally best experience I’ve ever had at a Dentist office. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and knowledgeable. For someone with Dental anxiety I could not recommend them more. Definitely my new Dentist office forever!
All I can say is chef kiss from making an appt to meeting Dr Maynard & staff. My entire experience was top notch. I wasn't made to feel like an inconvenience, or made to feel bad because of the condition of my teeth. Dr Maynard & staff made me feel welcomed , & at ease. We are family. I will be back. Georgetown Family Dental has been an awesome experience from Dr Williams to Ms Joyce . My son has felt cared for since his first appointment. He was so excited to get braces. Dr Williams has entertained his inquisitive personality and explains every step they take. Ms Joyce has reached out several times to check on our experience and making all my info is up to date. We appreciate the staff and Dr Williams for taking care of us.
