They truly are Gentle here. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.
I felt manipulated into electing to get this "deep cleaning" procedure. Both the dentist and her staff pushed me to get it, and encouraged me to absolutely do it if my insurance "covered it." Nowhere did anyone suggest that there was a copay. Rather, they implied that it would be completely covered by insurance. When I was contacted that my insurance "approved it", nobody mentioned a copay....

The hygenist (Tania) and Dr. Kravents were great. Simone was the only person who really needs to be enrolled in a course that teacher customer service-- girl was rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, and not helpful. Definitely not a great vibe to the office.
