Recently I took my 71 yr old father to this dentist. Simple cleaning and exam, no biggy. Weeks later Shally Behrouzi- Office manger reaches out to me for collections when I only left my info as an emergency contact! Then they charge my father $47 for X-rays not covered by insurance and when I called the insurance to confirm this i had the dentist conferenced in on the call.
