I cannot say enough wonderful things about General Implant & Dentistry of Worcester County. On Friday, January 2nd, I began experiencing excruciating dental pain and feared my wisdom teeth were coming in. Unfortunately, the office was closed for the weekend and reopened on Monday, January 5th at 8:00 AM. I’ve been a patient at this dental office since the days of Dr. Samborski, and I have to say that Dr. Marium and Dr. Neetika have done a fantastic job since taking over. Both doctors are incredibly courteous, professional, and truly care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy dental care!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I had a bottom implaned denture for over $16,000 and this weekend one of the implants came out I saw the new lady dentist for medical clearance for open heart surgery. She cleaned my teeth and neglected to tell me i had a cavity in front tooth and the other tooth is decaying. She signed for medical clearance and now I have 2 bad teeth and a missing Implant and cant have work for 6 months because I just had open heart surgery
I had been going for a handful of years up until my last appointment in March 2023 as just about all employees are well past both their prime and retirement age. Their service started off fine (years ago remember...) but after breaking the tip of a drill off in my tooth (likely still in there) and then also hitting the side of my mouth with a drill in a separate appointment (which required sutures and a follow-up visit to remove them) I think it is safe to say we can all find better treatment and service elsewhere. Decent dentist but I work in medical field and had to cancel an appt last minute due to covid issues. They charged me $50, I felt given the circumstance that was ridiculous, given if the roles were reversed, i would not be compensated for the cancellation. I told them I would not return as a patient and requested a copy of my records, which I am entitled to as I paid for the services, to date I have called 4 times requesting they be sent to me. I have not even received a return call.
