A few months ago I had my first appointment for cleaning since the new owners took over this practice. I felt like my cleaning was rushed and not very thorough. I also mentioned to them I needed a crown from a root canal as they did not have my prior records any longer. They were to submit the claim to my insurance and needless to say til this day I have not heard back from the dental office. This practice bought a book from a Dentist that specializes in Dental Anxiety and now charges $160 for nitrous. Wont tell you until you show up. Crooks!! I asked to speak with the DR and she wouldn't even come out to speak with me. DO NOT GO HERE. If their front office practices are this bad, imagine how bad the care is!
I had my dental cleaning done here and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend them.
