Today I went in for a cleaning and my dentist saw several cracks on one tooth. Within one of the cracks, there was a cavity. She recommended that I get a Crown. I really didn't want to I wanted to wait but knew that If the crack propagated, there's a chance you can lose the tooth or at least have to get a root canal. Honestly, I was apprehensive visiting the office for the first time since my long time Dentist, Dr. Mckee retired. I was pleasantly greeted by the front office staff and then escorted by my beloved hygienist Doris to the back office for a thorough cleaning. I anxiously waited to meet my new Dentist and when I met him was surprised he looked so young.
