When Dr. Smith and his staff were at this location, this clinic was amazing and very professional. Apparently it’s under a new name new doctors and new stuff. I had a pretty bad experience starting off with my check-in. My appointment was at nine. I got there 10 minutes early at 9:15. I was still sitting in the lobby apparently because they couldn’t verify my insurance mind you it’s the same insurance I’ve had for years. They finally take me to the back. I have been going to Frankford for five years before it changed. The office manager Stacy and the three young ladies who assisted with x rays were very professional. The Doctor Danso in my opinion was very unprofessional. He needs significant training in customer relations. I could not understand him because of his accent and one of the assistants said they were trying to help him with his accent. I would not recommend him and will probably look for another dentist. We were not seen by the dentist we scheduled with. They found 10+ cavities when there were none 6 months ago. They spent less than 5 minutes cleaning her teeth. I felt very uncomfortable the whole visit.

Tried to make an appointment for my daughter who is already a patient there. Left message after message for a week and never heard back. In the couple of years that my daughter has been going there they've had 4 different dentists.

Very friendly staff. Things were explained very well and easy to understand. The staff made us feel comfortable and rid us of our nerves
