Been a patient for years and have never had a problem. Love the same-day crowns. Recommended for general dentistry, however you will be referred elsewhere for root canals.
Wonderful experience. Dr. Fink gives injections that do not hurt and takes the fear out of dentistry. He has the newest equipment and a crown/veneer is finished the same visit/ day. Great.
I can't imagine how the previous reviewer could have arrived at that opinion. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Fink and his office staff. Dr. Fink is polite and attentive, with a cheerful attitude and he really takes the time to LISTEN. I highly recommend him.
I have been going to Dr. Fink for the last 5 years, and every time I walk in his office I forget how annoyed I was the last time I was there. First of all when you go in just for a check up or a cleaning before you even see the doctor they ask you to pay the bill, how insulting. Then when you have an issue like a crown or filing, after the doctor looks at the xray he then proceeds to go over your insurance will you're still in the chair. The worst staff I've ever had to deal with. They don't give a suit who walks in or out the door, they treat every patient with disrespect. The girl at the front desk lies to the doctor to cover up her f-ups, doesn't return emergency phone calls, she I'd bad for the job.
Dr. Fink seems to be more interested in extending visits for additional insurance payments and making referrals to his colloquies rather than providing a service. I have been to him on three separate occasions, he referred me to two other dentist and he has not handled my initial dental problems I came to him for. I am finding another dentist who is interested in servicing his patients and resolving their dental problems.
Dr. Fink has lackluster care for his patients and his profession. If he does not want to be in this professional anymore-perhaps he should retire before he causes problems for anyone else. STAY AWAY from Dr. Daniel W. Fink!
