Dr Flex and her staff are great! I know my teeth are in good hands here. I appreciate the hygienist advising me of each action that she was doing and also asking if I was ok. Some times it can be stressful visiting the dentist so I appreciate it!
Dr Flex is an amazing dentist and she makes sure her patients are treated properly and have a full understanding of the recommended procedure before treatment. She tries to make sure the patient experiences little to no pain during treatment. I am thankful I chose to stay with practice after Dr Phass retired and Flex Dentistry took over . Friendly service and great office environment! Attentive dental hygiene care and front office staff, modern equipment, including the suction straw for after you have your mouth rinsed- no more gross spit sink. Staff is very communicative and accommodating to ensure you have accurate appointment info and reminders, and that they have all the needed insurance info from you for smooth functioning
