Dr. Fenster and his staff are amazing. I called on a Sunday and the doctor called me back and got me on the schedule for the following day. The staff stayed late so I could be seen. Dr. Fenster promptly got me the treatment I needed and I am very grateful.
Just had my 1st colonoscopy I've heard so many horror stories my Doctor referred me to Doctor Fenster if I could give this office 10 stars I would from the moment I spoke to receptionist on the phone to the day of the appointment they were so helpful answered all my questions . Five Towns Gastroenterology thank you for a great experience the anesthesiologist was amazing front desk amazing Dr Fenster amazing the entire staff amazing THANK YOU 😊 highly recommend
Dr. Fenster is a wonderful physician with a terrific bedtime manner. The office is highly professional and the anesthesiologist, Dr Signer, is kind compassionate. The procedure was well explained and I felt as ease the entire time. I am so grateful to this practice!
I met with Dr. Fenster twice, and had a colonoscopy. He told me I needed to have a second procedure done, to remove certain polyps, in the hospital, and that they would call me to schedule. They never called. I called the office 6-8 times, speaking to someone each time who promised they would call back to schedule it. They never did. It's 6 months later and I'm finally getting the procedure done elsewhere. Hope the wasted time doesn't kill me!
Called left a message to schedule a doctors appointment, never returned my call. Then called roughly back a week ago to schedule a date and time, gave the receptionist all my availability. She stated she would call me back shortly with a date & time for my doctors appointment… it’s been over a week with since I’ve heard from them.. Guess my stomach issues aren’t wanting to be dealt with here… Thanks anyways I guess!
